Shipping policy
Kenoath dispatches all accessory orders with 24 hours of your placed order.
Kenoath offers a pint on demand service for all t-shirt orders.
For domestic t-shirt orders, you can expect your delivery within 7 to 10 days.
We run from two warehouses. If you’re placing an order which includes t-shirts and accessories please note they will arrive in separate parcels.
By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below.
These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Availability of Stock
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, on the rare occasion, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and will offer you the choice to either wait for the backordered item or to request a refund.
2.Shipping
2.1. Australia - $10 expresss shipping on t-shirts within Australia
2.2 Australia - free shipping on all accessories within Australia.
2.3 International – a flat rate of $20 will apply to international orders weighing up to 5kgs. For orders above 5kg please contact us at info@kenoath.com.au and we’ll calculate the rate.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind.
Kenoath Clothing Co. will happily accept returns due to ‘change of mind’ and the customer will be provided with a store credit. As long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item. We require the item be returned in its original packaging and unused. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received and accepted we’ll notify you of your store credit.
3.2 Returns for faulty products.
Kenoath will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Once approved Kenoath will process your warranty claim within 7 days at which time you will be offered a choice of a:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) refund in store credit
(c) replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic – shipments are usually in transit for 5 - 7 days. To allow for the production, warehousing, dispatch and shipping you can expect your delivery within 7 to 10 days.
4.2 International - orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected and the destination. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
4.3 T-shirts
Our t-shirts are printed on demand. So once your order and payment is authorised, we place it into production for printing. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment of the order.
4.4 Accessories
We dispatch our accessories from a separate warehouse within 2 business days.
4.5 Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.6 PO Box Shipping
Kenoath will ship to PO Box addresses using only postal services. We are
unable to offer courier services to PO Box addresses.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
Should your item be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible to offer the option of back ordering the item, store credit or a refund. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the out of stock item to be available.
4.8 Covid
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
5-12 business days to most metro areas in Australia
5-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia
Sweatshirts (crewnecks & hoodies) and designs with double-sided prints may add a further 2-5 business days to the production time

5. Tracking Notifications on T-Shirt Orders.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with the next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the
website
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon the arrival of your order. This varies by country and Kenoath
encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes the goods will be returned to Kenoath at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a refund, minus the cost
of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched; please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
