Kenoath Clothing Co. Returns and Refund Policy

If you have purchased an item from Kenoath Clothing Co and it is not of acceptable quality, is damaged, the size ordered is incorrect, the design or style is incorrect, or faulty in any other way you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase, in the exact condition with which it was received.
Returns for an exchange in colour, size or style.
Unfortunately we're unable to accept a change of mind in style, design, colour or sizing.
Kenoath's tees, singlets, hoodies and children's apparel are all produced via a "print on demand" service. The "print on demand" model relies on your order being processed via an independent printing service. Using this model allows for a much greater variety and more reliable stock volumes. However, it also means we're unable to accept returns for an exchange or swap in sizing, colour and/or style.
Before purchasing please thoroughly read the product description and carefully note the measurements provided in each product description to prevent unforeseen issues regarding the garment's sizing, colour etc. 
In the event the printing service is either lacking stock or there is a delay due to replenishing their stock levels, we will always endeavour to fully accommodate our customers. Customers will be given the option to wait for replenishment, select a different colour, or can elected to be refunded. 

Upon receipt and assessment of a returned item, Kenoath Clothing Co will notify you either by email or phone and if the return is approved, offer a refund or store credit.  

If a refund is required due to a fault in the product, the cost of delivery for the return will be refunded to you. wish to deliver you a great product. If you have concerns please contact us on info@kenoath.com.au
